Enzymedica Digest™ capsules are a food supplement containing a mixture of enzymes to break down proteins, carbohydrates, fats and (milk) sugars.

Digest™ is a high-dose blend of plant-based enzymes that are found in the human body, particularly in the digestive tract. Digestive enzymes help the body to digest food and absorb nutrients from proteins, carbohydrates, fats and plant fibres. For example, proteases help to break down large proteins, lipases help to break down individual fatty acids from fats and amylases help to break down polysaccharides (polysaccharides).
