EncorMed Curcumin Plus capsules are a dietary supplement and contain a high dose of curcumin, the main active ingredient in turmeric root, combined with piperine from black pepper.
Turmeric ( Curcuma longa) has been used in traditional medicine for many thousands of years; it originates from India and South-East Asia and belongs to the ginger family. The curcumin used is extracted from the plant’s yellowish rootstock (rhizome).
Black pepper (Piper nigrum) contains, in addition to various essential oils, piperine (a secondary plant compound), which promotes the absorption of nutrients and enhances the effect of curcumin.
Functions of Curcumin Plus
- Supports the management of acute and chronic inflammation (rheumatism, osteoarthritis, arthritis, gout, back pain, bursitis, tenosynovitis, inflammatory bowel disease, lung conditions, teeth/oral cavity…)

- Ingredients: Turmeric (Curcuma longa) extract, black pepper (Piper nigrum) extract, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell).
- Composition per daily dose (1 capsule): 500 mg turmeric extract (Curcuma longa) contains 95% curcuminoids, 5.3 mg black pepper extract contains 95% piperine.
