Embamed® caraway oil is obtained by steam distillation from the dried fruits of true caraway (Carum carvi). It stimulates the activity of the digestive glands and is therefore used to treat digestive disorders involving flatulence and bloating. It is also used to treat nervous heart and stomach complaints.
