Embamed® Black Cumin Oil Ointment 50 % is a care ointment for the supportive care of sensitive skin.
The seeds of genuine black cumin (Nigella sativa) and the high-quality oil extracted from them have been used as a natural drug for over 2000 years and impress with a whole range of bioactive plant substances: In addition to phytochemicals such as thymohydroquinone, nigellone, nigellidine, nigellicine and flavonoids, thymoquinone and alpha-hederin are considered to be particularly valuable. This combination of ingredients proves to be extremely useful for allergy-related skin irritations, rashes and atopic disorders and is suitable for use on very sensitive and flaky skin. The polyunsaturated fatty acids in black cumin oil supply the skin with the necessary building blocks for cell renewal and thus ensure a smooth and healthy complexion. The skin regenerates quickly. The oil for Embamed® 50% Black Cumin Seed Oil Ointment comes from Egypt and is produced exclusively using a gentle cold-pressing process. The favourable climatic conditions there, with high levels of sunlight, ensure that the seeds have a low water content, which increases the proportion of essential oils. This results in the particularly high quality of this product.
