Elastomull® haft is a cohesive, elastic fixation bandage that adheres to itself without the need for adhesives or clips. It is ideal for securing dressings, splints and other medical devices.
Conventional fixation bandages tend to slip easily when used on joints or when securing plaster casts. Not so with Elastomull® haft. Elastomull® haft is an elastic, synthetic cohesive bandage coated with a latex-free synthetic polymer. This ensures that the individual layers adhere particularly securely to one another – resulting in an excellent, crease-free fit even when applied quickly.
Thanks to its special weaving technique and crimped polyamide fibres, Elastomull® haft has excellent elasticity, which is retained even when worn for prolonged periods.
