Directions for use

• INTERNAL USE: 3 x 14 drops daily, ideally in the morning and at midday. If necessary, a three-month course can be taken in conjunction with the LUN Complex 13.
• EXTERNAL USE: For additional support, the tincture can also be applied as a compress or poultice to the solar plexus area, or rubbed into the skin there. To do this, dilute 7–12 drops in a little water or oil.
