EVOLUTION Magnesium Citrate Forte capsules provide organic magnesium citrate. This tried-and-tested form is readily absorbed by the body and supports normal muscle function in everyday life.

Magnesium citrate makes magnesium available to the body particularly quickly. This form is therefore ideal in situations where magnesium is needed rapidly, such as during muscle cramps and before, during or after physical and mental exertion.
