• INTERNAL USE: 3 x 14 drops daily, ideally in the evening and at night. If necessary, a three-month course can be taken in conjunction with SOL Complex 12.
• EXTERNAL USE: For additional support, the tincture can also be applied as a compress or poultice to the forehead or neck area, or rubbed in there. To do this, dilute 7–13 drops in a little water or oil.
