Active ingredients

• CELASTROLInnovative main active ingredient, biotechnologically produced by the Pierre Fabre company: Celastrol is an active ingredient that is 100% natural in origin and is obtained from plant cell cultures. The ingredient develops its calming effect specifically via the Th17 (IL17) signalling pathway, which plays a role in psoriasis. By directly influencing the keratinocytes (horn-forming cells), the formation of plaques is reduced, thus improving the appearance of the skin.
• VEDERINE® (KERTYOL P.S.O) VEDERINE® stimulates cell differentiation so that the plaques detach more easily from the skin.
• ICHTYOL (KERTYOL P.S.O) Ichtyol has an anti-inflammatory effect, slows down the formation of new cells and thus reduces the formation of new scaly plaques. Normal duration of the skin renewal process: 21-28 days, but 3-5 days for skin prone to psoriasis.
• SALICYLIC ACID (KERTYOL P.S.O) Salicylic acid has a keratolytic (horn-dissolving) effect and thus causes the plaques visible on the scalp to disappear.

How to use

• The balancing cure shampoo is used 3 times a week for 4 weeks during flare-ups. It is ideal for rinsing out the often very sticky residues of medicinal treatments. Use once a week as a support to prevent the long-term formation of new plaques with dry and thick dandruff. Can also be used on coloured hair.
• Application: Moisten the scalp. Massage in KERTYOL P.S.O. Leave on for 3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Attack phase: 3 times a week for 4 weeks. For 4 weeks. Maintenance phase: once a week, alternating with Elution Shampoo
• Advice: Avoid contact with the eyes. Avoid sun exposure while using the product and always wear sun protection.

Your care routine:

1. Intensive treatment: Kertyol P.S.O. Shampoo 3 times a week for 4 weeks. Combats adherent dandruff and soothes redness.
2. Maintenance phase: alternate Elution Shampoo with Kertyol P.S.O. Shampoo. Prolongs the effectiveness of anti-dandruff treatments. Preserves the hair colour.
