- KERACNYL Regulating Serum helps to regulate acne flare-ups before, during and after your period. The patented combination of MYRTACIN® and CELASTROL® works before pimples form and prevents them from worsening into inflamed pimples. The 8% antioxidant azelaic acid and 3% exfoliating glycolic acid help to reduce the intensity of red and brown pimple marks.
