ROaktiv Komplex Dr. Wolz is a carefully formulated combination of micronutrients for the supply of bones and cartilage.* The additional intake of certain micronutrients can be particularly useful with increasing age or when the joints are subject to physical strain through sport and work or due to increased body weight.
Bones and cartilage that are well nourished and subject to normal stress are programmed to function for a lifetime. Nutrient supply is all the more important, the greater the stress caused by sport, physical labour and increased body weight, for example.
The hip and knee joints are subject to great strain, as they bear the body weight and at the same time have to absorb shocks and vibrations when walking and running. The joint surfaces are covered by the cartilage with a smooth and elastic protection so that the joints glide smoothly and can absorb shocks with their buffer function. This property is ensured by the cartilage cells (chondrocytes), which release collagen and proteoglycans as "synovial fluid". These cartilage cells have no connection to the blood system and are nourished by the synovial fluid. The cartilage cells are therefore dependent on a very good supply of nutrients from the inside. How to use
The combination pack contains 2 different types of blister with different modes of action. The capsules are different colours. To achieve the combined effect, take 3 joint complex capsules and 1 capsule with omega-3 fatty acids daily with a meal and liquid.
