Dr Wolz relies on an exclusive Scandinavian oat variety with an exceptionally high beta-glucan content. While commercially available oats only contain 3-5 % beta-glucans, our special Scandinavian oats contain 23 % beta-glucans - many times more.

After harvesting, the valuable beta-glucans are extracted using a gentle, specially developed process:

  • Special varieties from Scandinavia with optimal growing conditions
  • Special grinding technique in which the oat kernels are carefully separated from the bran
  • Low in starch & concentrated: A large proportion of the starch is removed, while the natural structure and high molecular weight of the beta-glucans are retained

With just 18 g of Scandinavian glucan oats from the HAWEI® shake, you already achieve the scientifically proven amount of 4.0 g of beta-glucans per day - and that with just 48 kcal.

Directions

  • consume 1 time daily - morning, noon or evening, before a meal or as a snack. The shake is also suitable for oat days.
  • Directions: Stir 6 heaped measuring spoons of powder into 300 ml of water or prepare in a shaker. Stir thoroughly or shake vigorously until the powder has completely dissolved. Leave to stand briefly - and enjoy!
