Darm pro RDS contains a special yeast strain (Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNCM I-3856) for dietary management of irritable bowel syndrome. This is particularly protected against gastric and bile acids by an enteric-coated capsule.

• Darm pro RDS Reizdarm is a preparation for the diet management of irritable bowel syndrome. Scientific studies have proven its effect on the typical symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome such as abdominal pain, bloating and constipation.
• Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is characterised by chronic abdominal discomfort that is often accompanied by changes in bowel habits. Darm pro RDS contains a special yeast strain in a dosage of 4 billion yeasts per 2 capsules. This is particularly protected against stomach and bile acids by an enteric-coated capsule. Disturbed digestion, as occurs in irritable bowel syndrome, can impair the absorption of nutrients. Darm pro RDS helps to improve nutrient absorption in irritable bowel syndrome; particularly valuable in irritable bowel syndrome with symptoms in the digestive tract, e.g. abdominal pain, bloated stomach in all forms of irritable bowel syndrome (e.g. diarrhoea, constipation).

• 2 capsules daily with liquid. For irritable bowel syndrome patients who suffer in particular from constipation symptoms, the intake can be increased to 4 capsules per day.
• Important note: Darm pro RDS irritable bowel syndrome is a supplementary balanced diet (for diet management in irritable bowel syndrome). Darm pro RDS irritable bowel syndrome may only be taken under medical supervision and is not suitable for immunosuppression.
