Directions

• Dissolve 2 effervescent tablets daily in 200 ml of cold water and stir.
• Notes: Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. In the case of long-term use, or for people taking medication, we recommend consulting a doctor before use. Keep out of the reach of young children.
