Dr Schreibers® "Sleeping instead of sweating" offers natural support against sleep disorders caused by night sweats! The high-quality combination of natural and herbal ingredients inhibits perspiration and improves the quality of sleep.
Food supplement with herbal extracts of sage, hops and valerian, melatonin and B vitamins. The product is free from additives such as lactose, gluten, iodine, milk derivatives, yeast and purine and is suitable for vegans.
Relaxation
- Hops and valerian are traditionally used for relaxation and to support falling asleep and staying asleep. Hops are known for their gentle and proven calming effect on the central nervous system.
Shortening the time it takes to fall asleep
- Melatonin is a substance produced naturally in the body that is involved in regulating the sleep-wake cycle. Melatonin helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep. This positive effect occurs when 1 mg of melatonin is taken shortly before going to bed.
Inhibition of sweat production
- The leaves of "true sage" have always been used to treat excessive sweat production. This is due to the secondary plant substances it contains, the so-called flavonoids and tannins. The most common of these is rosmarinic acid. Experience has shown that the full antiperspirant effect occurs after about 2 hours. However, the amount necessary for an antiperspirant effect cannot be absorbed simply by drinking sage tea.

How to use
Take one capsule daily unchewed with 200 ml of water shortly before going to bed. The full effect of the sage can be expected after about 2 hours. The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.
