Dr. Schreibers® Skin, Hair and Nails Forte capsules are a dietary supplement designed to support the normal health of the skin, hair and nails. They contain a unique combination of vitamins, minerals and trace elements.

Optimal support for building and maintaining healthy skin, hair and nails. A dietary supplement containing important silicic acid from bamboo, calcium from red algae, MSM, along with the natural minerals iron, zinc, copper, boron and selenium, as well as the vitamins biotin and vitamin B6.

Directions for use

Take one capsule daily with a meal, without chewing, with approximately 200ml of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of one capsule. As hair grows by approximately one centimetre per month and the skin takes one month to regenerate completely, we recommend using this product over a longer period.
