Dr Schreibers® Skin Hair Nails forte Capsules are a dietary supplement to support the normal health of skin, hair and nails. They contain a unique combination of vitamins, minerals and trace elements.

Directions

Take one capsule daily with a meal, unchewed, with approx. 200ml of water. The recommended daily dose of one capsule must not be exceeded. As hair grows about one centimetre a month and the skin needs a month to fully regenerate, we recommend using the product over a longer period of time.
