Pancreas-Gastreu® N R72 drops support the production of pancreatic juices and harmonise the interaction in the liver-bile-pancreas system. They contain a combination of 4 proven homeopathic active ingredients.
Active ingredients
- Lycopodium D6: Flatulence with a lot of bloating in the abdomen, bowel movements alternating from constipation to diarrhoea, feeling of fullness and bloating after eating.
- Momordica balsamina D3: severe painful flatulence, nausea and frequent bowel movements.
- Phosphorus D6: flatulence, diarrhoea, increased intestinal noises, feeling of weakness in the abdomen, loss of appetite or ravenous hunger.

How to use
- Unless otherwise prescribed: Adults and adolescents from 12 years of age: In chronic forms, take 5 drops 1 to 3 times a day. If the symptoms improve, reduce the frequency of use.
