The homeopathic drops Dormi-Gastreu® S R14 are very suitable for self-treatment of short-term sleep disorders caused by nervousness. Active ingredients

• Avena sativa D1: Insomnia, lack of concentration, general weakness, nervous headaches, nervous palpitations.
• Coffea D4: nervous agitation and restlessness, insomnia, waking from sleep.
• Humulus lupulus D2: strong excitement, excessive alertness, nervous trembling, pulling and twitching in the muscles, insomnia.
• Passiflora incarnata D2: restless sleep, frequent waking as a result of worry and overwork, nervous restlessness, irritability.
• Valeriana Ø: flight of thought, changeable mood, insomnia.
• Zincum valerianicum D6: Drowsiness during the day, restlessness at night, tiredness and weakness combined with agitation and restlessness.

How to use

• Unless otherwise prescribed: take 5 drops 1 to 3 times a day. If the symptoms improve, reduce the frequency of use.
