The capsules contain carefully selected vitamins and minerals, including vitamin C, riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3) and pantothenic acid (B5). They are supplemented with plant extracts such as lavender, ashwagandha and lemon balm. The perfect blend to make you more relaxed and calm¹.

How to use

• Regulatpro Duo: Take 10 ml Regulatpro Duo diluted in water in the morning. Shake Regulatpro Duo before use. Keep refrigerated after opening
• Dr Niedermaier Relax capsules: Take 2 capsules of Dr Niedermaier Relax with Regulatpro Duo in water in the evening.
