How to use
- Pour boiling water over 1 filter bag per cup (125 ml) and leave to infuse depending on the desired effect. For stimulation 2-3 minutes, for relaxation 4-6 minutes.
- Note: If the infusion time is too long, the tea may taste bitter due to the tannins.
- Tip: Dr Kotta's mate tea tastes particularly good with milk and sugar! A wholesome alternative to coffee and black tea
