Preparation
- Pour boiling water over 1 filter bag per cup (125 ml) and leave to infuse covered for at least 10 minutes, or 20 minutes for a stronger extract of active ingredients, or simmer gently. Then swirl the filter bag and squeeze well. Drink the tea warm or cold in sips several times a day.
