- Quercetin belongs to the polyphenols (flavonoids). Quercetin-Phospholipid from Dr Jacob's contains this valuable secondary plant substance in a phospholipid complex. A recent study has shown that quercetin in this form is 20 times more bioavailable to the body than conventional quercetin.
- The combination of quercetin with the two plant enzymes papain (from papaya) and bromelain (from pineapple) is what makes quercetin phospholipid so special.
