Gently concentrated, live fermented
In Dr Jacob's Granaforte, the natural variety of pomegranate polyphenols is gently concentrated and partly fermented by selected microorganisms, the use of which has a long tradition. This reduces the fruit's own sugar. The daily portion of 8 ml contains 500 mg total polyphenols and 300 mg punicalagin, but only around 3 g of the fruit's own sugar.

Directions
- Drink approx. 2 teaspoons (8 ml) of Granaforte in 250 ml of water/sparkling water once a day, e.g. as a chilled spritzer. Do not consume pure or on an empty stomach!
- Can be kept in the fridge for 25 days once opened.

- Ingredients: Pomegranate concentrate (81 %; partly fermented), L-(+)-lactic acid (10 %), elderberry concentrate, sweetener steviol glycosides . With dextrorotatory lactic acid from natural fermentation, dairy-free.
