Curcumin-phospholipid complex
- Curcumin is a fat-soluble molecule. By combining the curcumin molecule with a phospholipid, a complex is formed that mimics the way nature intended curcumin to be absorbed and metabolised. Curcumin thus achieves 29 times greater bioavailability than conventional curcumin and is better able to cross cell membranes to reach the inside of the cell. The curcumin-phospholipid complex has already been tested in over 30 clinical studies with more than 2000 participants.
- Curcumin products are often offered in combination with piperine (black pepper extract) to improve bioavailability. However, this can lead to drug interactions. Curcumin-Phospholipid does not require the addition of piperine.

Directions
Take 2 capsules daily with a meal. Do not use if the bile ducts are blocked, as the curcumin it contains promotes the flow of bile.

- Ingredients: Curcumin-phospholipid complex 81 % (contains soya lecithin), coating agent hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegetable capsule shell), silicon dioxide. May contain traces of nuts.
