The classic Dr Jacob's alkaline formula (organically bound potassium, magnesium, calcium and zinc) is supplemented with silicon, boron, vitamin C, K2, D3 and B1. Vitamin C supports the normal formation of collagen fibres for normal cartilage function in our joints. The vitamin K2 contained is double microencapsulated and supplements the bone-maintaining effect of calcium and magnesium.

How to use
- Chew 3 chewable tablets twice a day and drink liquid. If you are taking vitamin K antagonists (coumarin-type anticoagulants), you must consult your doctor! In the case of (drug-related) potassium balance disorders, only use after consulting a doctor.
- The daily dose (6 tablets) is suitable for people aged 15 and over. If you take the full daily dose, you do not need any other dietary supplements with calcium and zinc.
