Dr Hauschka Birch Arnica Body Oil is an activating body oil with birch and arnica extracts that refreshes and revitalises the skin after sport or a sauna. It promotes blood circulation, stimulates the skin's metabolism and nourishes the skin with jojoba oil.
After sport or a sauna, everyone enjoys revitalising care. The birch arnica care oil refreshes with its minty, lemony fragrance and preserves the skin's moisture with jojoba oil, leaving it soft and supple. The composition with medicinal plant extracts activates the skin's metabolism and stimulates blood circulation. It warms tense muscles and stressed joints.
For the care oil, birch leaves and arnica that strengthen skin function, invigorating burdock root and nettle with sunflower oil from controlled organic cultivation are allowed to mature for a week according to a special rhythmic process. During this phase, the mixtures are heated to 37 °C - the human body temperature. The mixtures are carefully mixed in the morning and evening. This allows the full power of the medicinal plants to pass into the oil.

How to use
- The moisturising oil spreads most evenly on damp skin after showering or bathing. The resulting water-oil emulsion can be absorbed more easily into the skin and retains its moisture.
- We recommend the Swiss stone pine sea salt cleansing gel and the bergamot lemongrass body milk as complementary care products.
