Dr. Hauschka Birch and Arnica Body Oil is an invigorating body oil containing birch and arnica extracts, which refreshes and revitalises the skin after exercise or a sauna. It promotes blood circulation, stimulates the skin’s metabolism and nourishes the skin with jojoba oil.
After exercise or a sauna, everyone appreciates a revitalising treatment. The Birch & Arnica Body Oil refreshes with its minty, lemony fragrance and, thanks to jojoba oil, helps retain the skin’s moisture, leaving it soft and supple. The formula, containing medicinal plant extracts, activates the skin’s metabolism and stimulates blood circulation. It warms tense muscles and strained joints.
For this care oil, birch leaves and arnica – which strengthen the skin’s functions – along with invigorating burdock root and stinging nettle, are left to mature for a week with sunflower oil from certified organic cultivation, following our own rhythmic process. During this phase, the mixtures are heated to 37 °C – the human body temperature. The preparations are gently stirred in the mornings and evenings. This allows the full potency of the medicinal plants to be transferred into the oil.

Directions for use
- The care oil is applied most evenly after a shower or bath, whilst the skin is still damp. The resulting water-oil emulsion is more easily absorbed by the skin and helps to retain its moisture.
- As a complementary care product, we recommend the Swiss Stone Pine & Sea Salt Cleansing Gel and the Bergamot & Lemongrass Body Milk.
