Dr. Ehrenberger alkaline powder classic is a dietary supplement with calcium and magnesium citrate of the finest quality, combined with probiotic lactobacillus intestinal bacteria, fibre-rich acacia fibre, valuable green tea extract and aloe vera.
There are big differences in alkalising powders, especially with regard to the minerals used. Look out for calcium and magnesium in citrate form - your body can utilise this organic form particularly well.
Citrates
Calcium and magnesium are contained as organic, particularly easily utilisable citrates. Studies confirm that citrates are absorbed many times better by the body and are better tolerated (more stomach-friendly) than carbonates. Directions
Stir one level tablespoon of alkaline powder into a glass of fruit juice or water twice a day and drink. We recommend taking it in the evening before going to bed, after exercise or before a meal.
