Centaury is a relative of gentian and therefore also a strong bitter plant. Bitter substances have been removed from our diet for a long time, but they are necessary for us to be able to digest our food properly.

Take 2 capsules 3 times a day with sufficient liquid. We recommend taking them in the morning and evening. Best taken with meals.
