It symbolises resilience and strength: the Swiss stone pine. Native to the Alps, it withstands temperatures as low as minus 40 degrees, can grow up to 25 metres tall and live for 1,000 years. This tenacity is also reflected in the essential oil. It invigorates and soothes, promotes a sense of well-being and helps you breathe freely again. In the Alpine countries, Swiss stone pine is also used to treat muscle and joint complaints. Its ability to promote sleep is undisputed.
