Dr Böhm® Black Cohosh 6.5 mg film-coated tablets are a herbal medicine for the relief of menopausal symptoms (such as hot flushes and sweating).
During the menopause, the ovaries slowly stop producing female sex hormones. This change in hormone levels can cause unpleasant symptoms such as hot flushes, sweating, sleep disorders and mood disorders such as feelings of listlessness, irritability and nervous restlessness. If you do not feel better or even worse after 6 weeks, consult your doctor.
Helps with hot flushes, sleep disorders and mood disorders
- Effect starts after approx. 2-4 weeks

What to do about hot flushes during the menopause?
The menopause is a natural phase in every woman's life that can bring with it a wide variety of challenges - such as mood swings, sleep disorders or inner restlessness. Probably the most common symptom in the period leading up to the menopause is hot flushes. These menopausal symptoms occur differently in every woman - sometimes accompanied by palpitations, sometimes by sweating, sometimes by dizziness.
Hot flushes in particular usually come as a complete surprise. Black cohosh has proved particularly effective in gently and effectively regulating hot flushes. It has been used for over a hundred years for gynaecological complaints and is an indispensable part of modern women's medicine.
Just 1 tablet a day for your well-being
Do you want to do something gentle against hot flushes and sweating? Then rely on the balancing effect of Dr Böhm® Black Cohosh. With just one tablet a day, you can help your body to adapt to hormonal changes. The sooner you start taking it after the first symptoms appear, the greater the effect. You can also influence the direction of action: If you take Dr Böhm® Black Cohosh in the morning, you can alleviate hot flushes and a feeling of listlessness, while in the evening you can achieve a good effect on night sweats.
