- Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism. It also plays a role in the normal function of the nervous system.
- Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and helps to protect cells from oxidative stress.
- In the case of an unbalanced diet or an increased nutrient requirement, e.g. due to physical exertion (e.g. sport) or an unhealthy lifestyle (e.g. alcohol consumption), the diet can be specifically supplemented with Doppelherz system MAGNESIUM 400 CITRATE.
Dosage form
Directions
- Dissolve 1 sachet in 1 glass of water (approx. 200 ml) once a day and drink. It is recommended to take it if you have an increased magnesium requirement due to physical exertion (e.g. sport) and an unbalanced diet.
- If you only have a low magnesium diet, it is recommended to dissolve the contents of 1/2 sachet in approx. 100 ml of water and drink daily.
- Note: Amounts over 250 mg magnesium can have a laxative effect in sensitive people. Not suitable for children under 12 years of age.

- Ingredients: Magnesium citrate, acidifier citric acid, bulking agent isomalt, acidity regulator sodium hydrogen carbonate, flavouring, maltodextrin, sweetener sodium cyclamate, sweetener sodium saccharin, beetroot juice powder, L-ascorbic acid, pyridoxine hydrochloride, colouring riboflavin-5'-phosphate.
