Doppelherz system IMMUN + ARONIA supports the body with valuable nutrients when there is an increased need and can thus contribute to health and a normal immune system. Ideal for on the go - ready to drink with a pleasant fruity flavour!
In addition to the juice concentrate from aronia berries, which are characterised by a pleasantly tangy taste, the practical drinking bottles contain a special combination of 9 micronutrients that contribute to supporting the normal function of the immune system, energy metabolism, cell protection and the maintenance of normal mucous membranes:
- 650 mg vitamin C + 15 mg zinc together with vitamin D and the trace elements selenium and copper contribute to the normal function of the immune system
- Vitamin B2 and biotin contribute to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes
- Selected B vitamins support the energy metabolism
- With micronutrients for cell protection
To support the immune system - for increased vitamin C requirements
The need for micronutrients can be increased in phases of increased stress. Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) also contributes to the normal function of the immune system during and after intensive physical activity. A positive effect is achieved if 200 mg is taken daily in addition to the recommended daily dose of vitamin C.
Cell protection - protecting the body's cells from oxidative stress
Vitamin C, zinc, selenium and copper contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress in addition to their role in the body's defences. This is particularly important in times of increased stress.
B vitamins for energy metabolism and to reduce fatigue
Vitamin B6 supports normal energy metabolism and helps to reduce fatigue and tiredness. Vitamin B1 (thiamine) contributes to normal energy metabolism and supports the normal function of the nervous system.
The aronia berry (chokeberry)
The chokeberry originally comes from North America and has always been highly valued by the indigenous people there. However, the small berry has also long since found its way into our country . The aronia berry is not actually a berry at all, but a pome fruit plant. You can recognise its similarity to apples when you cut open the berry. The flavour of the small berry is often described as tart and strong. Its flesh is intensely red and as it is highly colourful, it is often used as a natural dye. Certain secondary plant substances, the flavonoids, which are naturally present, are responsible for this beautiful colouring.
