- Magnesium in citrate form – The Doppelherz system vials contain the mineral magnesium in citrate form. Magnesium citrate is an organic form of magnesium.
- Plus vitamin B6 – Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism and plays a role in the normal functioning of the nervous system. Each bottle therefore contains 3.5 mg of vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) in addition to magnesium.

- Consume the contents of one bottle once a day.
- Notes: Shake well before use. Not suitable for children under 12 years of age. Doses exceeding 250 mg of magnesium per day may have a laxative effect in sensitive individuals.
