Doppelherz system MAGNESIUM + CALCIUM DEPOT tablets are a food supplement with 210 mg magnesium for the normal function of muscles and nerves and 420 mg calcium + vitamin D for bone maintenance.

An optimal supply of vitamins and minerals is an important prerequisite for the well-being and performance of our body. The supply of magnesium and calcium is often not optimal with an unbalanced diet.

The 2-phase DEPOT tablet from Doppelherz system contains

420 mg calcium + 5 μg vitamin D 210 mg magnesium 1000 μg manganese + 500 μg copper

Just 1 Doppelherz system 2-phase DEPOT tablet daily, together with the magnesium and calcium normally taken in with food, covers the average daily requirement of an adult for these minerals. 2-phase DEPOT tablets - systematic nutrient release The 2-phase tablet from Doppelherz system consists of two different layers due to a specially developed manufacturing process.

The principle:

In the 1st phase, calcium and vitamin D are released more rapidly and can therefore be made available to the body more quickly.
In the 2nd phase, magnesium and the trace elements manganese and copper are released gradually and can therefore be made available to the body at a later stage than in phase 1.

Magnesium for normal nerve and muscle function

Magnesium is a vital mineral that the body cannot produce itself. Good sources of magnesium include wholemeal cereal products, pulses, many vegetables, liver, poultry and fish. Magnesium contributes to normal energy metabolism and normal muscle function. It also supports the normal function of our nervous system.

Calcium and vitamin D for normal bone maintenance

Calcium is an essential component of body substance and contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin D, the "calcium building helper", contributes to the utilisation of calcium, the maintenance of a normal calcium level in the blood and normal bone maintenance.

Copper and manganese for connective tissue and cell protection

The trace elements copper and manganese contribute to the maintenance and formation of normal connective tissue. Manganese also supports normal bone maintenance. Copper and manganese also help to protect cells from oxidative stress.

Directions

Take 1 tablet daily unchewed with sufficient liquid. The tablets can also be divided into two halves if required.
Note: Not suitable for children and adolescents.

Ingredients: Calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide, bulking agents microcrystalline cellulose and polyvinylpyrrolidone, anti-caking agents carboxymethylcellulose, fatty acids, magnesium salts of fatty acids, talc and silicon dioxide, Coating agents hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and hydroxypropylcellulose, starch, maltodextrin, beetroot juice powder, colouring iron oxides and iron hydroxides, manganese sulphate, vegetable oils (coconut, palm, in variable proportions by weight), copper sulphate, cholecalciferol.
