Doppelherz system MAGNESIUM + CALCIUM DEPOT tablets are a food supplement containing 210 mg of magnesium for the normal functioning of muscles and nerves, and 420 mg of calcium + vitamin D for the maintenance of bones.

An optimal supply of vitamins and minerals is essential for our body’s well-being and performance. Magnesium and calcium intake is often insufficient in an unbalanced diet.

The 2-phase DEPOT tablet from Doppelherz system contains:

420 mg calcium + 5 μg vitamin D, 210 mg magnesium, 1000 μg manganese + 500 μg copper

Just one Doppelherz system 2-Phase DEPOT tablet a day, together with the magnesium and calcium usually obtained from food, covers an adult’s average daily requirement for these minerals. 2-Phase DEPOT tablets – systematic nutrient release Thanks to a specially developed manufacturing process, the Doppelherz system 2-Phase tablet consists of two distinct layers.

The principle:

In the first phase, calcium and vitamin D are released more rapidly and are thus available to the body sooner.
In the second phase, magnesium and the trace elements manganese and copper are released gradually, making them available to the body at a later stage than in phase 1.

Magnesium for normal nerve and muscle function

Magnesium is an essential mineral that the body cannot produce itself. Furthermore, the body can only store it to a limited extent. Good sources of magnesium include, for example, wholegrain cereal products, pulses, many types of vegetables, as well as liver, poultry and fish. Magnesium contributes to normal energy metabolism and normal muscle function. It also supports the normal functioning of our nervous system.

Calcium and vitamin D for the maintenance of normal bones

Calcium is an essential component of the body’s structure and contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. It is therefore important to ensure an adequate intake through diet. Vitamin D, which helps the body absorb calcium, contributes to the utilisation of calcium, the maintenance of normal calcium levels in the blood and the maintenance of normal bones.

Copper and manganese for connective tissue and cell protection

The trace elements copper and manganese help maintain and form normal connective tissue. Manganese also supports normal bone maintenance. Furthermore, copper and manganese help protect cells from oxidative stress.

Directions for use

Take 1 tablet daily with sufficient liquid, without chewing. The tablets may also be split in half if required.
Note: Not suitable for children and adolescents.

Ingredients: Calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide, bulking agents microcrystalline cellulose and polyvinylpyrrolidone, anti-caking agent carboxymethylcellulose, fatty acids, magnesium salts of fatty acids, talc and silicon dioxide, coating agents hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and hydroxypropyl cellulose, starch, maltodextrin, beetroot juice powder, colouring agents: iron oxides and iron hydroxides, manganese sulphate, vegetable oils (coconut, palm, in varying proportions by weight), copper sulphate, cholecalciferol.
