- Zinc: This vital trace element contributes to normal fatty acid metabolism and also helps to protect cells from oxidative stress. Zinc also contributes to normal carbohydrate, vitamin A and acid-base metabolism. Zinc is found naturally in significant quantities in foods such as beef and pork, fish, shellfish, eggs, milk and cheese. Plant foods such as nuts, cereals and pulses also provide zinc - but in smaller quantities.
- Vitamin B2: Also known as riboflavin, vitamin B2 contributes to normal energy metabolism and also helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue. Foods rich in vitamin B2 include milk and dairy products, wholemeal products, meat and fish such as saithe and mackerel. Offal such as liver, yeast, cereal germ and certain types of cheese (e.g. whey cheese, Camembert, mountain cheese and Emmental) have a particularly high vitamin B2 content.
- Choline: As a component of animal and plant tissues, choline is found in a whole range of foods. Chicken egg yolk in particular contains high amounts. Significant amounts are also found in offal such as liver and heart, in fish and meat as well as in wholemeal products, nuts and vegetables.
- Dandelion: The ubiquitous yellow-flowered plant with the Latin name Taraxacum officinale belongs to the daisy family and has now found its way into the kitchen as an ingredient in pesto, jam and salad, among other things.

How to use
- Take 2 capsules daily with a meal and sufficient liquid.
- Advice: If you are taking medication at the same time, you should discuss your intake with your doctor. If you are taking more than 3.5 mg of zinc per day, you should avoid taking other zinc-containing food supplements. Not suitable for children, adolescents, pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers. If you are allergic to composite plants, you should avoid taking them as a precaution.
