- The vital magnesium plays a role in energy metabolism and the normal functioning of the nervous system and muscles. Magnesium also contributes to electrolyte balance.
- Potassium and magnesium work together in numerous metabolic processes in the body. A sufficient supply of magnesium is also necessary for good potassium utilisation by the cells. Like magnesium, potassium plays a role in the normal function of the nervous system and muscles.
- Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) and vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) contribute to normal energy metabolism.

Directions
- Drink one tablet a day dissolved in a glass of water (200 ml).
- Advice: Keep out of the reach of small children. People with kidney or heart disease should consult a doctor before taking potassium. Not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
