• Drink one tablet daily dissolved in a glass of water (200 ml)
• Advice: Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of small children. Amounts over 250 mg may have a laxative effect in sensitive persons. For adults only. Store in a dry place and not above 25°C.
