• L-cysteine is a sulphur-containing amino acid. It is found in particular in the fibre proteins (keratin) of human hair and nails.
• L-methionine is also a sulphur-containing amino acid. As the human organism cannot produce this amino acid itself, it is dependent on dietary intake. Methionine in turn is used in the body to form cysteine, among other things.
• Horsetails (Equisetum arvense) are among the oldest plants in the world: these plants developed almost 400 million years ago - with shoots the size of trees at the time. Arabs and Greeks already valued this plant in ancient times. Today, horsetail is cultivated as a vegetable in Asia. Horsetail is characterised by tiny silica crystals, which give the cell walls their strength. The leaves of the horsetail therefore resemble those of a fir tree.

How to use

• Take 1 capsule daily unchewed with a little liquid.
• Advice: Keep out of the reach of small children. Not suitable for children under 12 years of age. From an amount of 3.5 mg zinc per day, the intake of other zinc-containing food supplements should be avoided. Biotin can have an effect on some medical laboratory tests, which can lead to falsified results. Therefore, inform your doctor that you are taking a preparation containing biotin so that this can be taken into account during laboratory tests.
