An adequate supply of nutrients plays an important role in health, energy and performance. Doppelherz B12 Vita-Energie contains 450 μg of high-dose vitamin B12 in combination with three selected B vitamins and the protein building blocks L-glutamine and L-serine. Vitamin B12 quick and easy to prepare
- Close the cap firmly to the right (in the direction of the arrow) until the nutrient chamber opens. The nutrient powder is now released.
- Shake the bottle well until the nutrients have completely dissolved.
- Then unscrew the cap to the left (against the direction of the arrow). You can now drink the liquid.

Directions for use
Consume the contents of 1 drinking bottle daily
- Close the cap by twisting it to the right beyond the click: the nutrient chamber with the powder opens.
- Shake Shake the drinking bottle well until the nutrient powder has completely dissolved in the liquid.
- Unscrew the cap anti-clockwise and drink the liquid.
Note: Not suitable for children, adolescents, pregnant women and nursing mothers.
