Doppelherz B12 Vita-Energie contains 450 μg of high-dose vitamin B12 combined with three selected B vitamins and the protein building blocks L-glutamine and L-serine.

Vitamin B12 – quick and easy to prepare
- Turn the cap clockwise (in the direction of the arrow) until it clicks into place and the nutrient chamber opens. The nutrient powder will now be released.
- Shake the bottle well until the nutrients have completely dissolved.
- Then unscrew the cap anti-clockwise (against the direction of the arrow). You can now drink the liquid.

Directions for use
Consume the contents of 1 bottle daily.
- Tighten Turn the cap clockwise past the click: this opens the nutrient chamber containing the powder.
- Shake Shake the bottle well until the nutrient powder has completely dissolved in the liquid.
- Unscrew Unscrew the cap anti-clockwise and drink the liquid.
