Doppelherz aktiv A-Z Multivitamin + Minerals effervescent tablets contain carefully balanced vitamins, minerals and trace elements. These nutrients are essential, meaning our bodies cannot produce them themselves. We must obtain them regularly and in sufficient quantities through our diet. A dietary supplement with Doppelherz aktiv A-Z Multivitamin + Minerals effervescent tablets is recommended in the event of an unbalanced diet or increased nutritional requirements.

Directions for use

Dissolve one tablet daily in a glass of water (200 ml) and drink.
Notes: Not suitable for children under 12 years of age. If your daily intake of zinc exceeds 3.5 mg, you should avoid taking any other dietary supplements containing zinc.
