The fruity-tasting drinking granules from Doppelherz system contain high doses of vitamin C (1000 mg), vitamin D (15 µg), selenium (50 µg) and zinc (15 mg) to support the body's defences.

How to use
Dissolve the contents of one sachet in 1 glass of water (approx. 150 ml) once a day and drink.
