The Doppelherz system OMEGA-3 family gel tabs are chewable soft tablets with a lemon flavour. They contain omega-3 fatty acids from highly purified sea fish oils.
Thanks to a new manufacturing technology, Doppelherz system OMEGA-3 family now offers a high content of the valuable omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA in the form of fruity-tasting gel tabs. This dosage form is very suitable for anyone who does not want to swallow capsules.
Doppelherz system OMEGA-3 family - with building blocks of the brain:
- High content of omega-3 fatty acids
- 180 mg DHA - a building block of the brain - as a daily portion (2 gel tabs)
- 276 mg of the valuable omega-3 fatty acid EPA - as a daily portion (2 gel tabs)

Omega-3 fatty acids are vital
Omega-3 fatty acids are an important part of a healthy diet. Unfortunately, the supply of these long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids is not optimal for everyone. This applies to the whole family. An insufficient intake of the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA can be favoured by a diet low in fish, among other things.
Important representatives of omega-3 fatty acids are docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), which cannot be produced in the body without precursors. Unfortunately, only a few foods contain these valuable fatty acids. Good sources are fatty cold-water fish such as sardines, herring or mackerel. The problem is that not every child likes to eat fish several times a week.

How to use
- Children from 4-5 years chew 1 soft tablet daily. Children aged 6 and over, adolescents and adults with a diet low in omega-3 should chew 2 soft tablets daily.
- Tip: OMEGA-3 family tastes particularly good when chilled.
- Note: The food supplement is not suitable for children under 4 years of age.

- Ingredients: Omega-3 fatty acid concentrate from sea fish oils, sweetener xylitol, water, sweetener sorbitol, gelatine (bovine), acidity regulator trisodium citrate, natural flavouring, acidity regulator citric acid, antioxidant ascorbic acid, colouring paprika extract, cholecalciferol.
