How to use

• Take one tablet a day, preferably in the morning, with sufficient water and with a meal + one capsule a day, in the evening before going to bed, with sufficient water
• Advice: Not suitable for children, adolescents, pregnant women and nursing mothers. Due to lack of data, women who have been diagnosed with oestrogen-dependent tumours should not take the product. Consult your doctor before taking. Biotin can have an effect on some medical laboratory tests, leading to falsified results. Therefore, inform your doctor that you are taking a biotin-containing preparation for upcoming laboratory tests so that this can be taken into account. From a quantity of 3.5 mg zinc per day, the intake of other zinc-containing food supplements should be avoided.
