Doppelherz pure L-carnitine capsules are a vegan dietary supplement with 2000 mg L-carnitine per daily dose.
What is L-carnitine actually?
- L-carnitine is an amino acid compound that can be produced by the body in small quantities, provided that there is a good supply of the essential amino acids lysine and methionine. We also consume L-carnitine through our diet.
- The main source of intake is animal products, especially red meat such as beef, lamb, veal or pork. However, fish products and dairy products also contain L-carnitine. Good vegetable sources of L-carnitine are mushrooms, such as chanterelles.
- The human body contains around 20-25 g of L-carnitine. Up to 98% of this is stored in the heart and skeletal muscles.

How to use
- Take 2 capsules twice a day with or after a meal, with sufficient liquid and without chewing.
- Advice: Keep out of the reach of small children. Not suitable for children and adolescents.
