Doppelherz Silica + Biotin + Zinc contain 800 mg of silica (per daily dose = 2 capsules), as well as selected minerals, trace elements and vitamins. Directions for use

• Adults: Take 2 capsules daily with a meal and plenty of liquid.
• Notes: Biotin may affect certain medical laboratory tests, leading to inaccurate results. You should therefore inform your doctor that you are taking a biotin supplement when undergoing laboratory tests, so that this can be taken into account. If your daily intake of zinc exceeds 3.5 mg, you should avoid taking any further dietary supplements containing zinc.
