Dermasence Adtop 10% Urea Care Cream is the ideal basic care for dry to very dry skin. With 10% urea and glycerine, it strengthens the skin barrier, reduces roughness and soothes itching without being greasy.

The cream with the natural moisturising factors glycerine and 10 % urea cares for rough, flaky skin. The Hygrobol® effect increases skin moisture for at least 72 hours* and strengthens the skin barrier by protecting it from drying out. This makes rough, flaky skin soft and supple without leaving a greasy film. Ideal as part of interval therapy for skin prone to neurodermatitis.

How to use

• Apply evenly to dry skin daily after cleansing and massage in gently. Immediate dressing is possible.
• Care tip: For open skin areas, please use DERMASENCE Adtop Care Cream. Use DERMASENCE Adtop Wash and Shower Lotion for gentle cleansing and DERMASENCE H3 Complex with 6 vitamins, zinc, silica and brewer's yeast as a nutritional supplement.
• Advice: Store in a cool place, refreshes when applied! For open skin areas, please use DERMASENCE Adtop care cream.
