Dermasence Adtop 10% Urea Care Cream is the ideal basic care for dry to very dry skin. With 10% urea and glycerine, it strengthens the skin barrier, reduces roughness and soothes itching without being greasy.

This makes rough, flaky skin soft and supple without leaving a greasy film. Ideal as part of interval therapy for skin prone to neurodermatitis

How to use

• Apply evenly to dry skin daily after cleansing and massage in gently. Immediate dressing is possible.
