Dead Sea salt – Maris Sal: At the lowest point on Earth, approximately 400 metres below sea level, lies one of the world’s largest enclosed bodies of water: the Dead Sea. On closer inspection, this seemingly lifeless sea reveals itself to be a vital source of health, beauty, relaxation and well-being. The Dead Sea contains a unique, natural composition of valuable minerals that aid the body’s regeneration and help to improve the appearance of the skin. Original Dead Sea salt (Maris Sal) is a key ingredient in FETTE’s products. Dead Sea Salt Magnesium Chloride: In addition to Original Dead Sea Salt, extra magnesium chloride from the Dead Sea is used to enhance the effect. In accordance with the osmotic principle, the specific content of magnesium ions helps to bind moisture within the skin and counteract skin redness, dryness and the resulting itching. Magnesium ions are a natural component of the skin barrier; they normalise skin cell production and support the exfoliation process.
