For the treatment of minor superficial bleeding; in humans and small animals

This cotton wool consists of calcium alginate fibres, a plant-based product obtained from algae. It promotes blood clotting in superficial wounds and gels with liquids. Product is ready to use when purchased - cotton wool can simply be removed from the bottle and placed on the wound or in the nose to stop the bleeding immediately.
