Dermafit® forte is a dietary supplement for dogs and cats to support skin function in dermatoses and excessive hair loss.
Properties
- To support skin function in dermatoses and excessive hair loss.
- Dermafit® forte contains oils with a high proportion of phytosterols, omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids in an optimum ratio of 1:2.
- Dermafit® forte improves skin and coat.
- Phytosterols are natural ingredients from the fatty parts of plants, e.g. their seeds, and are precursors of enzymes and vitamins.
- Sunflower and soya oil are particularly rich in phytosterols.
- Omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids (ratio 1:2) from the plant oils they contain support the body's own regulatory processes and thus ensure healthy skin and a shiny coat.
- They also reduce moisture loss and thus prevent dehydration.
- Vitamin E + selenium counteract cell damage caused by "free radicals".
- Biotin and zinc are important for skin and hair metabolism.

Directions for use
- At least 6 weeks. This dietary feed may only be fed to cats and dogs up to 5 % of the daily ration due to the higher selenium content compared to complete feeds. It is recommended to seek the advice of a vet before feeding.
- Feeding instructions: To be administered with food.
- Notes: Shake before use and consume after opening.
- Cleaning instructions: This product is used over a long period of time. Due to the high content of high-quality oils, we recommend cleaning the can opening after each use.
Dosage
Cats:
- up to 10 kg: 1 pump/day
Dogs:
- up to 10 kg: 1 pump/day
- 10 to 20 kg: 2 pumps/day
- over 20 kg: 3 pumps/day
Ingredients
- Composition: soya oil, fish oil, rapeseed oil, sunflower oil, safflower oil, maize germ oil.
- Analytical constituents: crude protein 1.1%, crude fat 93.2%, crude fibre 0.5%, crude ash 0.5%.
- Essential fatty acids: Linoleic acid 233 mg/g, alpha-linolenic acid 31 mg/g, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 43 mg/g, docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 28 mg/g. The fatty acid composition may be subject to natural variations.
- Additives per kg: Nutritional additives: lecithin (E475) 100,000 mg, biotin (3a880) 5,000,000 μg, zinc (amino acid zinc chelate, hydrate 3b606) 1,500 mg, selenium (sodium selenite E8) 10 mg.
