How to use
- Adults and children aged 11 and over can take up to 2 capsules daily with plenty of liquid with a meal.
- Children up to 10 years take 1 capsule daily with plenty of liquid with a meal.

- Ingredients: Bulking agent: cellulose, anti-caking agent: magnesium carbonate, coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, apple fibres (Malus domestica), anti-caking agent: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, rapeseed oil (Brassica napus subps. napus), cholecalciferol, antioxidant: extracts containing strong tocopherols.
