Vitamin D, also known as cholecalciferol, can be produced by the human body itself. The prerequisite for this is that sufficient UV light reaches the skin. Vitamin D is therefore often simply called the "sun vitamin". Daily sunlight is therefore necessary for an adequate supply of vitamin D. The UV-B component of the sun's rays is responsible for converting the precursors of the vitamin into its active form.

How to use

Adults and children aged 11 and over can take up to 2 capsules daily with plenty of liquid with a meal.
Children up to 10 years take 1 capsule daily with plenty of liquid with a meal.

Ingredients

Ingredients: Bulking agent: cellulose, anti-caking agent: magnesium carbonate, coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, apple fibres (Malus domestica), anti-caking agent: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, rapeseed oil (Brassica napus subps. napus), cholecalciferol, antioxidant: extracts containing strong tocopherols.
Composition per 1 capsule %NRV*: Vitamin D350 µg (2000 I.U.) 1000 * NRV (nutrient reference values) = reference amount of daily intake according to Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011.
